Is there a decent competitive nature and moveset for this thing? I have a shiny one with a Sassy nature and am thinking about using it.

Sassy's alright, but something like Calm would be much better. If you don't care about dropping Speed, Sassy's fine. Moveset:

EVs: 200 HP / 56 SAtk / 252 SDef (Just guessing, there's probably better)
-Surf
-Toxic Spikes
-Rapid Spin
-Ice Beam

That should work. Was there anything in particular you were going to use it for?

umm, i wouldnt use it, because shinys are known for bad IVs i think it was. Its gunna be pretty hard to train it.

Shiny pokemon only had guaranteed bad IVs in the GSC series. Now, it makes no difference.
