Blissey needs 252 Defense EVs, always. "But Blissey is a Special wall, not a physical one!" That's true, but no battle is perfect and with only 56 Def, stuff like Metagross / Tyranitar Pursuit will OHKO, Skarmory Drill Peck will always 2HKO, and a bunch of other scary numbers. Putting 252 Def more than doubles Blissey's physical hit taking ability; with just 252 Def and no nature, Blissey takes hits about as well as 252 / 0 Def Spiritomb.

Putting Leftovers on Gyarados will make him extremely sturdy; he can switch into a lot of offensive threats thanks to great stats and Intimidate so it's better to heal damage than to do more at the expense of HP. 212 HP / 16 Atk / 172 Def / 104 Spd Adamant is ideal for this bulky role and he'll still be a huge threat with Dragon Dance.

Weezing is fine, though you'll probably want Fire Blast over Flamethrower and possibly Thunderbolt over WoW or Explosion. Thunderbolt lets him counter Gyarados very effectively; Weezing also isn't weak to any of Electivire's moves so there's little to fear with using it.

Yanmega's main problem is a 4x weakness to Stealth Rock. You should probably lead him to minimize that damage and Hypnosis something right off the bat. Or better yet, get rid of him entirely in favor of something that Rapid Spins away Stealth Rock, as your team is horribly weak to it. I'd use Starmie.

The best reason to use Magnezone is to trap Skarmory; with Stealth Rock being more common most people use Rapid Spin to nullify residual damage rather than banking on a Skarmory being the supporter that sets up. For your team, I would recommend Heatran; he has great stats everywhere and a bigger movepool, plus with the Levitators/Fliers on your team you can predict Earthquakes and set up with stuff like Gyarados. I'd use either a Choice Specs or a Rest/Talk Heatran.

Weavile is fine.

I woludn't use Probopass. He's just not that good. Alakazam can be deadly, but you're probably better off with what you have + my suggestions.

As for team weaknesses, you're actually pretty well off. If you add Starmie like I recommend, you'll be fine against Garchomp. Heracross and physical Lucario are beaten by Weezing, Special Lucario by Calm Blissey. Tyranitar's a bit scary, but Weavile works on the revenge kill.

Weavile: I would give Iceshard to make revenge kills easyer.
