I need ideas for the most effective move set for my craindos. Any suggestions?

Ideally, evolve into a Rampardos of course!

In game, since you don't have access to all the cool Choice items and whatnot, I'd use Rock Polish / Stone Edge / Earthquake / (Something). Rock Polish means that the one hit he'll take before dying will be all he needs, Stone Edge gets STAB, and Earthquake is great with Stone Edge. Crunch can go in the Something slot.

Keep in mind that Crunch is an Egg Move only.

I personally recommend Zen Headbutt for the 4th attack.

I thought Crunch would work better since it hits Bronzong, the only thing that resists Ground/Rock that's not Torterra (screwed anyway), Breloom (Stone Edge is a 2HKO), or Claydol (weak to Crunch). Zen Headbutt can flinch though.

For the same reason, Rock Slide is a plausible option, though you lose power.

IMO Crunch>Zen Headbutt, for the reasons Pontus gave. Does Rampardos get the Fangs? If so, maybe Fire Fang (flinches and hits most of the stuff Crunch does).

I was thinking Zen Headbutt for countering its weakness to Fighting types. At least use Zen Headbutt if you aren't willing to breed for Crunch.

That is true. If you don't want to breed for Crunch, use Zen Headbutt. Although, Fighting types aren't really common besides a couple (Lucario, who's hit by EQ, and Heracross, I guess Machamp and Breloom), whereas Fighting type moves are more so.

After evovling it into Rampardos, I was thinking about going with these moves:

Zen Headbutt, Earthquake, Ancient Power, *

* means that I am deciding on these moves: flamethrower, thunder bolt, ice beam*

No, none of those three. Definitely not. It's attack is far superior to its special attack, use it. Replace AP with Stone Edge or maybe Rock Slide, and give it Rock Polish. Just don't use special attacks.
