Ok, this is my team at the moment. Its not finished yet as only my Mamoswine is Evd. I also need suggestions as to whether i use Electivire or Magnezone.

My strategy starts with Ninjask.

Item: Focus Sash
EVs: 252 SPD

Swords Dance
Double Team
X-Scissor
Baton Pass

First move is always Swords Dance. And depending on how the first few turns go i either keep using swords dance until it is about to be KOd and use baton pass. Usually to my Mamoswine so it gets Attack boosts and Speed boosts.

Mamoswine
Adamant Nature
Item: Expert Belt
EVs: 252 ATK 252 HP

Ice Shard
Ice Fang (maybe avalanche?)
Stone Edge
EQ

This demon has swept entire teams before with my Sdance + speed boost + pass combo

Garchomp
Needs item
Adamant nature obviously
252 ATK 252 SPD

Dragon Rush/outrage
EQ
Stone Edge
Giga impact

Electivire or Magnezone

Im not sure which to use, although i am thinking magnezone as it is special attack based and the rest of my sweepers are Attack based.

Milotic
Item: leftovers
Need a nature and EV spread if possible

Recover
Surf
Ice Beam
????(maybe breed for hypnosis?

I also need another Pokemon added to my team. Im thinking maybe one of three walls. Blissey with toss. Skarmory or Dusknoir.

Thanks for any help =)

Don't use Giga Impact. It isn't worth it with the recharge turn.

I want to get rid of it for a move that restores hp? if there is one. Either that or swords dance

you can return hp by using the move moon light. but i don't think this team can learn it. besides that the team is good.

I'd throw a Choice Band on Garchomp, put Crunch or something in the last slot; it's mostly filler. If you get a Wisher you could heal your whole team; Jirachi (I could get you one), the Eevees, and Xatu are all Wishers. Mamo should run Avalanche in slot 2; that way you'll either go first or last and Avalanche will have moar powar.

Milotic can take the bulk of your physical hits (and status as that makes its job easier), so a Blissey would work in the last slot. If you want major cool points, alternative Special walls include Empoleon, Lanturn, Snorlax (!), and the like.

Ninjask @ focus sash
adamant nature
EVs: 252 att, 252 speed, 4 hp
- swords dance
- protect
- baton pass
- x scissor

using this set. you can protect on the first turn for one speed up, SD on the second for two attack ups and one speed ups, and then baton pas on the third turn to something witgh the killing power of a tomahawk cruise missile.

Mamoswine @ life orb
adamant nature
EVs: 252 att, 160 hp, 96 speed
- ice shard
- avalanche/ice fang
- stone edge
- EQ

using the mixed EVs, you can still sweep fairly well, although avalanche may not work so well, and so you may want to put curse instead of ice shard and find something different to ninjask pass too. although, you can use ice fang which will work well in all aspects, barring loosing the potential 100 base power avalnche.

Garchomp @ life orb/choice band
adamant nature
EVs: 252 speed, 252 att, 4 hp
- Outrage
- EQ
- stone edge
- swords dance/crunch

for the last slot, use SD for life orb and crunch for choice band.

Magnezone @ lefties
modest nature
EVs: 252 sp.att, 200 speed, 56 hp. maybe, but not sure
- thunder bolt
- HP ice
- magnet rise
- *filler*

Thunderbolt and HP ice offer awsome coverage. magnet rise eliminates the 4x weakness to ground. which can be very annoying to those ground sweepers, (garchomp etc.)

Milotic @ lefties
gentle nature
EVs: 252 hp, 200 def, 56 sp.def
- ice beam
- hypnosis
- recover
- surf

very bulky and is very good at walling. hypnosis lets you steal a few recovers and then put a dent in the enemy without any return damage.

for the last slot, you could run blissey:

Blissey @ lefties
calm nature
200 hp, 56 sp.def, 252 def
- seismic toss
- ice beam/flamethrower
- sing/thunder wave/toxic
- soft boiled

or snorlax

Snorlax @ lefties
careful nature
EVs: 252 hp, 200 sp.def, 56 def
- body slam
- rest
- sleep talk
- toxic

personally, i'm a big fan of toxic as there;'s nothing worse than your main sweeper getting poisoned and walled until dead. but there are other options.

it's all up to you i suppose, though.

If you want Blissey or Snorlax, here are the best setups for both. I'm assuming you can't get Seismic Toss (you probably don't have Emerald).

Blissey @ Leftovers
Serene Grace is preferred
EVs: 252 Def / 252 SAtk / 4 Spd; Modest
- Ice Beam / Flamethrower
- Thunderbolt / Grass Knot
- Calm Mind
- Softboiled

CM Blissey is fairly good at actually hurting things as well as walling Special attacks.

Blissey @ Leftovers
EVs: 252 Def / 176 SAtk / 80 SDef; Calm
- Light Screen / Flamethrower
- Charm
- Ice Beam
- Softboiled

Charm a physical attacker on the switch, then Light Screen up, hopefully racking up residual damage along the way and giving your team support.

For Snorlax:
Snorlax @ Leftovers
EVs: 168 HP / 120 Def / 220 SpD
- Body Slam
- Earthquake / Crunch
- Curse
- Rest / Selfdestruct

Thanks for the help, im working on getting Blissey now and grabbing a good nature milotic with hypnosis. I dont have emerald but im also working on a bold blissey from my sapphire as i can get Seismic Toss from Gale of Darkness. I have my Gible in EV training right now... So this is all good then. Thanks for all your help!

Oops, forgot to ask, suppose i wanted to run that Curselax, what nature would i use?

You should use Adamant (for a more attacking set) or Careful (for a more defencive set).
