This is the team I'm using in Diamond and the moment, tell me what you think and anything you'd change about it.
Electivire @ Expert Belt
Adamant nature
EVs: 252 Atk, 252 Spd
Cross Chop
Earthquake
Ice Punch
Thunderpunch
Ok...just give him Earthquake (to hit a ton of pokemon super effectively), max out the speed EVs, and give him the Expert Belt, and you're all set. Also, switch in on a predicted incoming attack to activate his Motor Drive ability, making him a major threat. That's why you'll probably want to lead with a different pokemon...make this guy a surprise.
Metagross @ Life Orb
Relaxed nature
EVs: 252 Atk, 56 Def, 202 SAtk
Meteor Mash
Zen Headbutt
Grass Knot
Stealth Rock
I know very little about Metagross.
Weavile @ Choice Band / Life Orb
Jolly nature
EVs: 252 Atk, 252 Spd, 4 HP
Swords Dance / Aerial Ace
Night Slash
Ice Punch
Brick Break
Choice Band or Life Orb is the way to go with Weavile. If you use Choice Band, go with Aerial Ace. If using the Life Orb, go Swords Dance. Never use Nasty Plot on Weavile. It has abysmal special attack power, and you also gave it no special attacks to utilize the boost that Nasty Plot gives. But yeah...lead with this guy too.
Heracross @ Black Belt
Adamant Nature
EVs: 252 Atk, 252 Def, 6 SDef
Brick Break
Bulk Up
Megahorn
Shadow Claw
I'll let somebody else handle Hera.
Torterra @ Choice Band
Relaxed nature
EVs: 56 Atk, 202 Def, 252 SDef
Earthquake
Wood Hammer
Leech Seed
Substitute
Can you tell I ran out of time to type? That's because I have a class in like one minute!
Charizard @ Leftovers
Lonely nature
EVs: 252 Atk, 202 Def, 56 SDef
Belly Drum
Fire Fang
Stone Edge
Iron Tail
My bad. I'm out of time. I'll type later if I can.
[Forgot to bold the suggestions for Weavile. My bad.]

This is the team I'm using in Diamond and the moment, tell me what you think and anything you'd change about it.
Electivire @ Leftovers
Lonely
EVs: 252 Atk /80 SpA / 176 Spe
Cross Chop
Earthquake
Ice Punch
Thunder bolt
Thunderbolt Ensures that you do not get walled by skarmory
Metagross @ Choiceband
Relaxed nature
EVs:252 HP / 236 Atk / 12 Def / 8 Spe
Meteor Mash
Zen Headbutt
earth quake
Explosion
This is a great set on Metagross. A mixed set is only worth it with HP fire, and thats even a gimmick then.
Weavile @ Focus sash (make him your lead)
Adamant Nature
EVs: 252 Atk, 252 spd 4 hp
Brik break
Night Slash
Ice Shard
Pursuit
A good lead, takes out Ninjask, and does alot of damage.
Heracross @ choice scarf
Adamant Nature
EVs: 104 HP / 252 Atk / 152 Spe
Close Combat
Stone edge
Megahorn
Pursuit
What a beast. This is very hard to stop.
Torterra @ leftovers
impish
EVs: 252 HP / 20 Def / 236 Spe
Earthquake
Wood Hammer
Leech Seed
Substitute
He's a tank and a pretty good one. Choice band is not a good option for subseeding.
Charizard @salac berry
Jollynature
EVs: 252 Atk, 4 def 252 speed
IVs: must be even
Belly Drum
Fire punch
Earthquake
Substitue
Best drummer in game. Not much more to say
Changes in bold. Your team has absolutely no special options. This could be a very bad problem, and many pokemon right now gliscor pretty much wall the majority of this team.

You know, I hadn't even realised that my team has no special options... Ice shard on Weavile will make a very good first strike move for pokemon like swellow as well, thanks for the suggestion :) I'm trialling thunderbolt on Electivire, but with a combination of beneficial attack nature, 252 Atk EVs and a high base Atk, Thunderpunch may still be the way to go, even against Skarmory.
I don't think I'll be putting earthquake on as many as four in my team though (because I like a lot of options), and I now realise that Leftovers would indeed be a better choice for a hold item than Choice band for Torterra. $uper$imon, can you please explain what you mean when you say Bellyzard's IVs must be even and which ones?
Skittleman, I realised my error in giving Weavile Nasty Plot, thanks for pointing that out. Brick Break is now in.
Chris!

Bellyzard's HP must be even with Substitute, that way Salac activates after one Substitute. Then again, you MUST get rid of Stealth Rock or else you can't Belly Drum.
Heracross should always be 4 / 252 / 252 and have Choice Band or Choice Scarf. He's a lot more of a threat with Choice Band.
I'd drop Zen Headbutt on Metagross for Agility and run Life Orb. Because Agiligross is very awesome.
