Blaziken (Cinder)
Brave
Coba Berry/Passho Berry

Blaze Kick
Brave Bird
Shadow Claw/Earthquake
Sky Uppercut

I'd perhaps go with adamant, or even jolly over brave.
EVs: 252 att, 252 speed maybe?

Rampardos (Rocky)
Brave
Passho Berry/Chople Berry

Head Smash
Earthquake
Stone Edge
Hammer Arm

never used one. defo go with adamant nature
EVs: 252 att, dunno anything else.

Blissey (Juno)
Calm
Leftovers

Healing Wish
Toxic
Sing
Dream Eater

usually run with Thunder wave, softboiled, ice beam and siesmic toss.
EVs: 252 def, then split them between HP and sp.def. max hp can be up around 700.

Alakazam (Houdini)
Quiet
Wise Glasses

Recover
Calm Mind
Focus Blast
Psychic

i nice set includes focus blast, trick, psychic and maybe shadow ball. use choice specs and a timid nature.
EVs: 252 sp.att, 252 speed, 4 hp

Porygon Z (Dizzy)
Quiet
Wise Glasses

Blizzard/Ice Beam
Thunderbolt
Psychic
Dark Pulse

set seems tidy, use modest nature though.
EVs: 252 sp.att, 252 speed.

Skarmory (Silver)
Impish
Leftovers

X-Scissor
Flash Cannon
Roost
Toxic

defo use spikes, whirwind, roost and maybe drill peck.
EVs: 252 hp, 200 def, 56 sp.def maybe. not sure though. nature's fine.

Blaziken (Cinder)
Brave
Coba Berry/Passho Berry

Blaze Kick
Brave Bird
Shadow Claw/Earthquake
Sky Uppercut

I'd recommend a Life Orb or a Choice band as an item. The only berries worth using are berries that protect you froma 4x weakness (Blaziken has none of these) or Salac Berry for Reversalers. The moveset is ok I suppose. For EVs, focus on Attack and Speed.

Rampardos (Rocky)
Brave
Passho Berry/Chople Berry

Head Smash
Earthquake
Stone Edge
Hammer Arm

You want a Choice Band or a Choice Scarf. You don't really want Head Smash and Stone Edge. Use one or the other, but not both. You'll also take a LOT of damage from Head Smash's recoil. I'd use Crunch somewhere on there, and Pursuit is an option. 252 Atk and 252 Speed on him. Beware that although he packs a punch, he's also very frail. You want an Adamant or Jolly nature.

Blissey (Juno)
Calm
Leftovers

Healing Wish
Toxic
Sing
Dream Eater

Not a very good moveset. Use Softboiled, Thunder Wave/Sing, Ice Beam/Flamethrower/Thunderbolt (depending on which is best for coverage for your team), and something else. I'd recommend Seismic Toss, but it needs to be coming from FireRed/LeafGreen for that. Aromatherapy and Heal Bell are good options, or you could also use one of the aforementioned options that you didn't use already. For EVs, get 252 Def and then focus on HP and SDef.

Alakazam (Houdini)
Quiet
Wise Glasses

Recover
Calm Mind
Focus Blast
Psychic

Use Life Orb or Choice Specs. Recover isn't really good on Zam, as he tends to faint before he can use it. He's very frail. You could use it if you want, though. Focus Blast and Psychic are good. Grass Knot or Energy Ball could be used instead of Recover. If you use Choice Specs use Trick instead of Calm Mind. For EVs you want 252 SAtk and 252 Speed. You also want a Timid or Modest nature.

Porygon Z (Dizzy)
Quiet
Wise Glasses

Blizzard/Ice Beam
Thunderbolt
Psychic
Dark Pulse

Again, Life Orb or Choice Specs. Or Leftovers. Psychic isn't very good for type coverage. You want Adaptability as your trait and Tri Attack isn't a bad option. You could use Nasty Plot if you choose Life Orb. For EVs you want to max SAtk and then do whatever. You also want a Modest nature.

Skarmory (Silver)
Impish
Leftovers

X-Scissor
Flash Cannon
Roost
Toxic

Flash Cannon!?! No! You want Roost and Whirlwind, and then some combination of Stealth Rock/Spikes/Toxic Spikes, Drill Peck/Brave Bird. For EVs you want to focus on HP and Defence.

Some Blissey suggestions:
If you're deciding between HP EVs and Special Defense EVs, put them in Special Defense as Blissey's HP is already massive. I'd throw about 80 EVs into Special Attack. Use either Bold or Calm nature (or the -Speed ones are fine), and run 2 Special Attacks, Softboiled, and either status or Heal Bell (it's easier to get than Aromatherapy and you don't have a Mr. Mime). I'd recommend Serene Grace so that you get lucky with Ice Beam's freeze rate, Flamethrower's burn rate, etc., but if you're using a status move, Hidden power Ground, or just want to take status better, Natural Cure is an excellent choice.

If you really want Head Smash, use Relicanth. The recoil is too big on the extremely frail AND slow Rampardos. It'd be much easier (though still hard) to pull of CB or Choice Scarf Medicham than it would be to do CB or Choice Scarf Rampardos, as Jolly Medicham surpasses 270 Speed.

If you're using Blaziken over Infernape, it's a good idea to use moves that make him stand out, such as the difficult Reversal, the easier Baton Pass, or Agility.

Another option for getting a Blissey with its best damaging attack, Seismic Toss, is to use the move tutor in XD: Gale of Darkness on the Blissey (after you evolve Chansey) aquired in that game, and then trade that Blissey to a handheld 3rd-gen game, followed by importing it to your 4th-gen game.

Here's a little something I like for each guy:

BLAZIKEN
+252 Attack, +252 Speed
Choice Band or Choice Specs

Flamethrower (better than Blaze Kick, since anything you'll want to tag with Fire has a better defense than Special Defense anyway, like Metagross, Bronzong, Forretress, and Skarmory)
Sky Uppercut
Brave Bird
Quick Attack (you'll definitely want this when you have something close to dead and it's got a Salac Berry or something on it)

RAMPARDOS
+252 Attack, +252 Speed
Leftovers or Lum Berry

Stone Edge
Earthquake
Hammer Arm
Rock Polish (think Agility Metagross, but A: its moves are a lot better and B: its attack is a lot higher than Metagross' is, but it's a little slower and a lot less hardy)

BLISSEY
+252 HP, +252 Defense
Leftovers

Ice Beam
Aromatherapy/Heal Bell or Thunderbolt
Thunder Wave or Toxic (I like Toxic, but TWave hits Steel and Gengar)
Softboiled

This thing outlives anything that might look like a Special Attacker. Like someone else said, I'd port one over from Emerald with Seismic Toss, but if you don't have that option, this is defintely a useable set.

ALAKAZAM
+252 Special Attack, +252 Speed
Focus Sash (he needs to live for more than one turn against Sucker Punch)

Psychic
Shadow Ball
Energy Ball
Focus Blast

PORYGON-Z
ADAPTABILITY
+252 Special Attack, +252 Speed
Life Orb

Tri-Attack (does UNGODLY amounts of damage)
Dark Pulse
Ice Beam
Nasty Plot

SKARMORY

Drill Peck
Spikes, Stealth Rock, or Toxic Spikes (in that order)
Roost
Whirlwind or Roar

This thing, combined with Blissey, outlives everything.

Blaziken should be jolly. It has medicore speed and needs every point in speed it can get. Don't have blaze kick, it needs flare blitz for a more powerful move. Also, try using Reversal on him combined with swords dance and possibly endure. Give it salac berry and it'll be hard to beat. I hope that helps

Leftovers might be passable for many pokemon, but not for Rampardos. He has featherlike defenses, so he won't be taking many hits, if any at all. Even if he does take the hit, it would be very unlikely he would survive the next, even with the Leftovers recovery. For the Rock Polish Rampardos, I would give him a Focus Sash to ensure he gets the Rock Polish in.

The Endure-Reversal strategy is a good one...until Abomasnow, Tyranitar, or Hippowdon show their faces anytime during the match (the latter of the two, unfortunately, being very common). Lucario is the only one who can conceivably pull that off.

Rampardos actually takes one (and only one) hit decently well most of the time, since he actually does have a pretty decent HP stat (his defenses, as we all know, are less than meh, but he can live through anything not named Close Combat/Focus Blast, Earthquake, Energy Ball, or Surf).

Before I argue the point, I will say that I like Lum Berry a lot better, just because it takes care of Breloom, anything saying Thunder Wave, and Toxic-users.

With that said, Leftovers is for: opponent hits Rampardos with a non-SE attack, he barely lives and says Rock Polish. He can now recover for a few of turns while rampaging on everything with one of: Stone Edge (don't miss!), Earthquake, or Hammer Arm (by the time your Speed gets back down to normal, he should've killed a guy or two, doing his job) and hopefully live through a Quick Attack, Extremespeed, or (if you're lucky) even Mach Punch.

Actually, in a Sandstorm a 266 SAtk STAB Surf will not OHKO him. But anyway, Rampardos is as frail as china in a bull shop.

Medicham's still probably better and easier to pull off since he has a usable Speed stat.

An Extremespeed will do upwards of 40% to Rampardos, I think. == dead.
