Diabetes question

If some one found out that they may have it. What would be the projected amount of time they could keep going with out any med's

If you don't mind me asking, are you over weight? I heard that's a big causer of Diabetes. Although, I'm not 100% sure.

yep and it is a big cause. that and genetics

It would depend. Some people can stay diet controlled for decades. It will depend on how closely the person follows a diabetic regimen. Other health problems may factor in as well. There's really no set time frame that I've ever heard of.

Oh i don't know if i have it i just have a few symptoms that matches it. And i Don't like Meds/Doctors so i was just wondering how long some one would be able to go with out medical attention.

Ya i probably should get it checked out. I'm due for a checkup anyway. The last time i had one i was in 8th grade.
