Miltank

I've been thinking about this for the past couple of days. This is the type of Miltank I plan on breeding. I know about using Body Slam and Milk Drink, but I'm stuck on the final two moves.

Body Slam
Milk Drink

I've thought of using such moves as Heal Bell, Curse, Counter, Earthquake, and even Gyro Ball(in use with Curse); I'm completely lost at this point.

What would be the best move to complete the moveset?

Earthquake to hurt the Rocks and Steels is mandatory. From there Curse or Heal Bell, I'd do the latter.

About Gyro Ball: It's really not all that good on Miltank. He needs at the very least 3 Curses to get to a half-decent Gyro Ball speed, plus the coverage is meh and he won't have anything to hit Steels with.
