I'm trying to figure out how to get Glaceon, but I don't know where this rock thing is. Can someone give me a specific location and perhaps a map?

on route 217, go to the grass patch behind the second house that you will pass, when you are coming from route 216.

Yep, if you stay to you right going north, you can't miss the house.

Try to zoom in here, the Moss rock is painted in blue and the other rock is painted in red.

There is a patch of grass beyond the 2 houses, just before the route narrows before you reach the lake (I forget which one, Acuity, maybe). Look right about where the route looks like it's going to split in two, there should be a rock in this patch of grass that has a square to the top, bottom, left and right of it with no grass. Level up Eevee in this patch of grass, and bingo. Glaceon is yours.

I've gotten it. Oh and by the way, I've achieved a personal goal of mine. I've gotten my first pokemon to level 100 without any means of cheating, action replay, gameshark, etc... I got my Rayquaza to level 100. :D
