10.I am aiming for a shiny Duskull but on Psypokes.com pokedex it says that there is 2% to encounter it with a Pokeradar, should i bother to do it or should i give up because it's going to cost me a lot of nerves?

the pokeradar doesn't affect EVs. at lv.67. the pokemon probably have EVs already, without knowing it.
EVs depend on what you wanna use the poke for.

I know that,I just say that it's easier to EV train if you got pokeradar so you can:a)Focus on a same pokemon and not nerving out because wrong pokemon appeared and then you must flee and find that pokemon again +the pokemon you intend to EV train on may be pretty uncommon so it's easier to find it this way.
b)You can Shiny Hunt while EV training during swarm,so there's 2 usefull multitasks.
As for EVs,I just started to EV train and I need suggestions for what EVs should I remove or lower and what EV stat should I train.
And im asking for suggestions for what pokemon is best in it's stat because every pokemon is different and i want to have well balancesd team.

3. Only if it is being used for the GWPL or something like that. Otherwise a team is better if it is diverse.
4. Same as 3.
5. Same as 3.
7. It is good at setting up Hail for a team based around Hail.
8. It would really only be novelty.
8a. Flareon
9. Yes, if used correctly Metagross can be a great asset to a team.
10. That choice is totally up to you.

Once you get the first Duskull, chains are pretty easy to continue XD.
Uh, mono Dragon is possibly the worst mono type team possible due to too few Pokémon.

QUESTION 1
Torterra, I like 252DEF, 252 ATK, 6SPD. Kill off Special Attack (Adamant nature)
Infernape, the common set is (close to) 252SPD, 252SATK, 6 ATK. You can kill off some Defense or Special Defense (Hasty nature).
Gengar, 252SPD, 252SATK, 6HP. Kill off that Attack stat (Timid)
Empoleon, there's a few different ways to play him. I like 252SATK, 252HP, 6SPD .. I like him Modest (plus SATK, minus ATK)
Garchomp gets 252SPD, 252ATK, 6HP. Jolly or Adamant nature.
Kazam gets 252SPD, 252SATK, 6HP. Almost always. Timid or Modest nature.
QUESTION 2
Develop patience.
QUESTION 3
To be honest, no. Ice Beam and Ice Punch are very common. If you have to, at least include someone with Taunt to prevent Stealth Rock, to which Salamence, Dragonite, Altaria, and Rayquaza are all weak.
QUESTION 4
Better, but not as bad as Dragons.
QUESTION 5
Absolutely not. This is WORSE than Dragons. Sure, you get Leech Seed all over the place, but Grass is weak to everything good but Earthquake. Including Ice Beam. Ew.
QUESTION 6
There's actually a thread up about this already. Check it out, it's pretty extensive.
QUESTION 7
I actually DO like him. And use him. I like Substitute, Blizzard (100% accurate in Hail), Focus Punch (SubPunching for everyone!), and Leech Seed (this plus Hail plus Sub is actually pretty cool).
QUESTION 8
GOODBYE Flareon. As for EV training and everything for each one, that's a REALLY long answer.
QUESTION 9
I actually think Shiny Metagross is really ugly, but it is DEFINITELY a good pokemon. Meteor Mash alone can kill a lot of pokemon off without even being super effective.
QUESTION 10
When shiny hunting, you're GOING to get pissed off. You actually have a 1/8192 chance of catching a shiny pokemon. Your chance is actually doubled each time you score a "chain link" with the PokeRadar, but even that still takes your chances to only 1/4096, 1/2048, 1/1024, and so on. You'd need to (successfully) chain the same pokemon 12 times in a ROW to get the chance of catching the one you want down to 1/2. Good luck with that. At least shiny Duskull does look really cool.

Wow,Thanks everyone,oh btw, Are you sure that Infernape should have 6 attack dre?
As for duskull, I hate red(it's shiny form), i just want to catch it to evolve it to shiny Dusknoir.
Thanks again, you've really helped me!

Question 2. You've asked this question earlier, and got this answer...
Guide to pokemon chaining as I can't explain it real well....
Here's the guide iRock suggested. (http://bmgf.bulbagarden.net/showthread.php?t=19695)
And just a few flavour texts:
Rule 1:
Only choose a patch of grass if there are FOUR patches shaking. The reason for this is that if you don't see a fourth one, it might be hiding somewhere else, and it could be the one you were supposed to go to instead.
**Rule 2:
After the first patch you choose, all subsequent patches MUST shake in the same way. Choose any others, and you'll break your chain.
---
Rule 4:
ONLY choose a patch of grass that's farthest from you, and is at least four patches away.
---
Rule 6:
NEVER choose a patch of grass that occurs on corners or edges. The fewer empty grass spots that surround your chosen patch, the greater its chance of breaking the chain.
---
Rule 8:
When in doubt, reset the radar and try again.
---
---
*Rule 11:
Never use your bike.

Oh,i know that guide,I've read it like 20 times, and im a member of Bulbaforums too,so I just asked some tips in case that Shuko forgot to add...even though i know she's the best in chaining that i know.

I don't think there's much to add, except:
4. If you're hunting an electric Pokemon, put a Pokemon with static at the head of your party. This'll help ensure even more that you'll run into your chosen Pokemon (or so it is believed).
If this is true, these abilities might help, too:
Compoundeyes (if you're chaining Pokémon with held items, I don't think it's useful, though)
Cute Charm (if you're hunting a specific gender Pokémon -doesn't affect swarming Pokémon) Odds of meeting the opposite gender are always 66,6% regardless of the real gender ratio. Might be useful when chaining Pokémon that are always and only males or females (Chansey, Tauros etc.)
Magnet Pull (when chaining steel-types)
I'm not sure if these are any good.
Hustle, Pressure and Vital Spirit (when you'd like to have a lower-level Pokémon)
Intimidate and Keen Eye (if you'd like to encounter higher-level Pokémon) Battle isle seems to have Pokémon at lv.48 and higher, or their pre-evolutionary forms between lv.18-22, so choose the ability accordingly.
Synchronize (when looking for a specific nature) If you're going to use that shiny somehow, it'd better have a useful nature, right?
But if Static doesn't help chaining electric types, then any other ability is as useless.

Generally, a synchronize lead is used when chaining to get the right nature as that way the shiny you might get is more useful, though if you don't care those abilities work. My best chain was 26 when hunting for Ditto.

I don't like using too many EVs for Close Combat on Infernape because of the fact that I really only use it for Blissey anyway. I mean, if you really do face a lot of things that are weak to Fighting that aren't weak to Grass (PorygonZ's another decent example, but you're probably getting OHKO'd by Tri-Attack
You can always split some of those EVs between SATK and ATK, though. Nasty Plot still says that Grass Knot and Flamethrower deal a LOT of damage to stuff (even Blissey takes a nice chunk from Flamethrower when you get prediction wrong lol), I just happen to like putting everything into SATK.

24 Atk / 252 SAtk / 232 Speed; Hasty is standard since 24 Atk EVs get a OHKO on Blissey. Other things weak to Fighting thus die quickly as Blissey actually has a bit of physical bulk to it. 232 is the minimum needed to outspeed the group closest in speed to Infernape, so extra EVs don't matter. Maxing Special Attack makes killing Cress with NP Flamethrower easier.

Regarding EV training with the Pokéradar, you're better off using the Vs Seeker than the Pokéradar. There is a list of good Vs Seeker locations for EV training in the stickied FAQ topic.

for the EV training would it b better to kill all the EVs u have on the pkmn and start from scratch since EVs r not visible and I'm assuming didn't keep track of the EVs to begin with. Also like Titan_D said it depends on wat u want to use them for, becuse infernape can b used as a physical attacker, speacial attacker or mixed attacker depending on wat u want. U can try smogon.com it shows u all th pkmn there tier and wat ppl normally use them for and there EVs and move sets, u don't have to follow it strictly u can manipulate it to ur liking.
