Power Trick is utter **** on Shuckle if you don't have Trick Room, especially so if you don't have any attacks. Bide doesn't depend on your Attack stat, and it's also a terrible option thanks to Shuckle's tiny HP.
252 HP / 252 Atk on Steelix. Why? Look which is much, much lower; HP or Defense? Yup, HP. Guess which is so big it needs no EV investment? Defense. Slap on a Choice Band and swap Double Edge for Ice Fang to kill Garchomps in Outrage.
Porygon-Z's Adaptability makes its STAB Tri Attack do about the same damage as a 2x Thunderbolt on everything it hits neutral; IE most of the game. Thus, you can usually ignore Thunderbolt. PoryZ has neither the defenses nor the time to Recover, so throw Nasty Plot on there. Shadow Ball's the obvious third move for the Ghosts that wall Thunderbolt. PorygonZ is the ONLY thing in the game to use Hyper Beam on (in the 4th slot), it exists as a kamikaze move to OHKO even Blissey after a Nasty Plot.
Ninjask - Sub / SD / Baton Pass / Something. Every Ninjask is like that, and it'll help your Rampardos in not dying. By the way, I much prefer Medicham to Rampardos as Pure Power gives him a slightly higher Attack, he has slightly better defenses, and much better Speed.
If you're breeding Blissey in DP, your only real options are Calm Mind Blissey (4 HP / 252 Def / 252 Satk Bold CM/TBolt/Ice Beam/Softboiled) or Charm Blissey (Charm/Light Screen/Ice Beam / Softboiled).

Rampardos, I like. He gets Rock Polish, so you don't even REALLY need Ninjask ... so long as you live through a hit. And he still has access to a good Fight move in Hammer Arm. Not exactly the best option, but it hits pretty hard.
Medicham, I like better. All 3 Punches is SOOO good, who cares if he can't EQ?
I hate PorygonZ. But I use one, because he is godly. Choice Specs makes him all kinds of good when going to kill things that kill you.

so what do you all think aobut the overall team
Chris!

A bit overall too weak to Fighting, I think. SD Lucario will own your team, unless you're smart with Steelix and EQ him right away. As cool as he is, I'd drop Shuckle for something along the lines of Gliscor or even your own Lucario (Vacuum Wave will take out other Lucario nicely). Also, Steelix with Ice Fang if you put it on him is the ony thing you have to get Garchomp, who is EVERYWHERE; then again Steelix is probably your best choice especially if that Garchomp is Outraging.
It's certainly not the worst team I've seen; it's a good start if you want to get into competitive.

That would work, but wouldn't you rather have a Calm Mind to boost the more powerful Thunderbolt (with a 20% paralysis rate) than a 90% accurate boosting move that's walled by lots of things like Electivire and Garchomp? I would. The 20% freeze of Ice Beam makes up for the lack of Sing somewhat too.

I see your point, I never use this set anymore, I made it when I made my first competitive team.
