Contest MOves Question

I was reading this somewhere earlier and I can't remember for the life of me where, but there is a pokemon that can learn two certain moves that when used consecutively can win any contest. One of them I believe was an egg move, does anyone know what pokemon and moves these are?

I use my Azelf (I think) and almost always win the contests. First, I use a move that gives 0 hearts the first round, but doubles the amount of points the second, then in the second round I use a move that if used first you will get two extra hearts. I dunno if this is the one you're looking for, but it always worked for me =/

i don't remember the PKMN on the moves i use and i would look but i lost my game but i do wut iRock said by using the 0 hearts that doubles the next moves

i use a move that doubles the amount of hearts the next go and then i use a move that doubles the amount of hearts if ur first, the second one gives 2 hearts so i end up with 8 hearts not including the ones the judges give u for not sharing judges.
after that i use a move that doubles ur score if ur last, it normally gives 2 so i get 4 not including the ones u get for not sharing judges.
so if nobody mucks up the order u get at least 12 hearts in 3 turns.
im not making this up I have actually done it.
i got 9 hearts second turn 6 hearts third turn, 15 hearts in 3 turns!
