Is this Weird or is this Common?

I got Flareon I raised from Lv. 1 And now at Lv.100 The attack is 336 but it is supposed to be a special attacker? But upon previous training I found that the Move u use often effects stat increase up Lv growth.

Flareon is not supposed to be a special attacker. It has only 95 base SAtk and a very high 130 base Atk. Moves you use have no effect on growth; only base stats, EVs, IVs, level, and natures affect stats (unless you include items).

[Pencil Thief]

Flareon's base attack is much higher than its base special attack so that is not unusual at all.
