That's not a great moveset. If you're on Shoddy, go for:

Magnezone@Leftovers
Modest/Timid Nature
EVs: 252 SAtk / 252 Spd / 4 HP
-Thunderbolt
-Hidden Power Ice/Grass
-Substitute
-Thunder Wave

If not, replace Hidden Power with some other filler.

i like thunderbolt
and thunder wave
but not the other 2 any other ideas

Without Hidden Power, there'll be a huge amount of guys you can't do appreciable damage to that will kill you, namely Swampert, Garchomp, even Donphan. Magnet Rise is kind of really important, so you should use either it or Substitute to guard against the big giant 4x weakness it has. It gets the Screens, Thunder Wave, Toxic, or whatever, so put in some filler.

Oh, and Shoddy is a battle simulator people play on.
