Operation Flashpoint Mods

I recently picked up a copy of Operation Flashpoint GOTY (yes, I realise I'm years behind) and I set off trying to find mods for it, in particular, ones that improve the visuals of the game.

I spent a few (very draining) hours on Google trying to find said mods, but didn't have much luck.

Anyone know of any good ones?
