Action Replay codes needed for harvest moon ds

I need a code to get the navi customization upgrades so I can fully customize him, I already went through the misery of opening the chip shop, I have walk through walls, though. Anyone know how i could use that to get the expansions? or know of a code that will give them to me? Your help is much appreciated.

Sorry for double posting, but I needed two different things, I need a code that will allow me to build more than the maximum allowed for buildings, or a code to freeze the date, also other codes like item modifiers are welcome. Any help would be appreciated.
