I just got to the part where I had to use mini. I gave the antidote to the physician, and he told me to go to Viking cave. So I go there, go through it and get to the ship. How do I get by the Dragon? It killed my entire team in 2 hits.

You don't. Avoid getting on the ship at all costs. Instead you have to head to a place called Nepto Temple.

Ok, thanks. Also, I've talked to Cid, healed his wife, and rode the ship to this tower thing called the Tower of Owen, is this where I should be right now?

DP: I still have that blue-haired dude with me. Should I go somewhere with him first?

It seems you have to go to Gulgan Gulch first. It's northwest from Nepto Temple, past Castle Argus.

By the way, I haven't actually played this game, I'm getting all this information from walkthroughs.
