im thinking u want him 2 b a sweeper/staller w/ modest nature and holding lefties. 4 EVs, id go w/:
-252 HP
-128 speed
-128 sp. attack

no. His standout ability is stalling. 252 HP / 252 Def / 6 SAtk Bold (even with Reflect; it still helps a lot)

Oh yeah, don't forget your Lefties. They're pretty much his only healing and they're really helpful.
