Its a physical sweeper.

Life Orb, Choice Band, or Choice Scarf. Choice Scarf works well when you're using an Outrage Garchomp because you don't need to worry about fast stuff that can survive the first Outrage and beat you to the punch with Ice attacks (Starmie) as much. Choice Band just packs raw power when using Outrage or Earthquake. Life Orb gives you more versatility, but less power and survivability. Pick according to preference.

Choice Scarf Garchomp is a gigantic pain in the ass for not-Cresselia to deal with. Yache Berry lets you get two hits on Starmie or something. CB is a nice, powerful item.
