Sorry, your team isn't too good. I'll try and help you.

Scizor @ Life Orb
Adamant nature
252 ATK 252 SPD 4 HP

Baton pass
Morning sun
Night slash
swords dance

Night Slash is a no. Run a STAB move or something to kill Gyarados, which WILL taunt you.

Dusknoir @ Leftovers
Sassy nature
252 HP 128 DEF 128 sp def

Pain split
payback
thunderpunch
will-o-wisp

Shadow Sneak>Payback. It's a Ghost type, use its STAB.

Garchomp @ Life orb???
Adamant nature
252 ATK 252 SPD 4 HP

EarthQuake
Outrage
Stone Edge
swords dance

Standard Garchomp, nothing special here.

Skarmory @ leftovers
Impish nature
252 DEF 252 Sp def 4 SPD

Night slash
Roost
Spikes
Stealth Rock

Where to begin... first, you need HP EVs. Max your HP before you touch your Defense. Second, Drill Peck over Night Slash. Who exactly is going to switch in to Skarm that's weak to Night Slash, Gengar? Third, Whirlwind over SR. You don't need two SRers on your team, and I don't know if this kind of team even needs one, but use those Spikes and hope you can stall something.

Blissey @ Leftovers
Calm Nature
252 HP 252 sp def 4 sp atk

Seismic toss
stealth rock
softboiled
thunderwave

No. No. Sorry, but every Blissey needs Max Defense and usually (read: always) Bold nature. Why? Because Blissey is never going to be able to avoid all physical attacks, and your Special Defense is already sky-high. With max hp/min def, Blissey takes 120% from a Dugtrio EQ, with max Defense she takes 48%. That's how important it is. If you're going to run SR on Blissey, then run 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SDef Bold.

Salamence @ life orb
Modest nature
252 sp ATK 252 HP 4 sp DEf

flamethrower
draco meteor
hydro pump
roost

Salamence isn't really that bulky, so max its Speed and try to sweep with it. Draco Meteor is the kind of move that you use once and switch out with, so that's why everyone uses Choice Specs. So do so.

Im thinking of getting rid of scizor and replacing it with a water type. Maybe milotic?

He's not really helping that much. A Milotic would give this team even more defensiveness, making it an okay stall team. Surf/Ice Beam/Rest/Sleep Talk will activate milotic's badass ability, so it's preferred.

shadow sneak or payback is really a toss up for dusknoir. shadow sneak goes first, but is very weak. i personally use payback on my dusknoir because between its high defenses, and painsplit, it can afford to take a hit in exchange for a more powerful attack

I suppose it depends on how much value you put into strike-first moves. On Dusknoir, it can be a big surprise move, as Dusknoir has horrible speed and will always be expected to strike last. That's why I use Shadow Sneak on my Dusk.

if ur gonna choice spec ur 'mence, then give it a hidden power (electric?) instead of roost.

Ah yes, as GymClass said, if you're going to hand Choice Specs to your Mence, replace Roost with Dragon Pulse.

I prefer Payback on Dusknoir, since it's almost always going to have double power due to Dusknoir's terrible speed.

A STAB Shadow Punch has 90 BP, STAB Sneak has 60. Payback has 100. I'd use Shadow Punch simply because Hitmontop (a fairly common Spinner who you'd be switching into) resists Payback but is neutral to Ghost. But I guess it's not really too big a deal.

Don't run Hidden Power Electric on SpecsMence. It's not like Gyarados can survive a full power Draco Meteor or two. Maybe HP Ground over Hydro Pump to hit Heatran and Empoleon much harder, otherwise standard set.
