hey im just got into the 7th badge town, the one wit the snow. I want ti know what i should do to my team before i go kill the Gym Leader?(no moves needed please)

Empoleon: Lv 40
Staraptor: Lv. 39
Kadabra: Lv 37
Luxray: Lv 33
Snover: Lv 35

I would get them all to at least level 40. And Mainly use Staraptor

On everything minus Medicham use Staraptors close combat and get to about Lv 45.

As for Medicham just throw attacks at it from other pokemon.

I had Staraptor in my lineup at the time. I used Close Combat for everything but the Medicham, and I used Brave Bird for the Medicham. If it is raised enough, it's a clear clean sweep with Staraptor.

Why do you only have five pokemon?

Because in-game teams don't need that many pokemon -.- I used to only use 2 pokemon, and that usually suffices. That is a very low level for where you are, I am usually at that level for the 4th gym, training more will make the battle much easier.

whats the level in that gym again?

The levels of the pokemon in that gym range from 38 to 42. And yes, you should train just a bit more. It'll help out when facing the Elite Four big time.

I suggest you raise your levels to at least 45, that way, you get a head start.

And yes, use Staraptor, but be careful, their ice types, and Ice can EASILY kill your Staraptor. So I suggest at least a backup.

I used a Shadow Ball-Focus Blast Gengar. Empoleon's really helpful; SD'd Drill Peck and Metal Claw might kinda sorta work.

I beat the game with my team at level 50-54 for the e4.

Yeah give your Kadabra Focus Blast and pray it hits.

Staraptor should be able to sweep her entire team no problem. Use Brave Bird on Abomasnow and Medicham, and Close Combat on everything else.
