Can you put MP3's on the Wii? I got mine after dec 10 07 and thats when the update came out. It was something like they had to be AAC files. Thats all fine and good as I converted them. But I put them on my SD card and put it in the Wii and went to Wii photo channel and nothing was there. Help.

you cannot use mp3s with your wii, and there is no way you could downgrade. i havent upgraded to the new photo channel yet, so mine may be different from yours, but go to the photo channel and start a slide show. then pause it and go to the music/sound settings, then go to other music setting in the lower righthand corner and choose a song

Yeah, they have to be in aac, but i really posted here to ask my own question, do you think they'll ever make a music channel, like have mii's dancind to it and such? or is that a farfetch'd dream

The only way you can downgrade is if you originally had Photo Channel 1.0. If you bought it with 1.1 then you are out of luck. :( But It is pretty easy to change MP3 to AAC on your computer. There are a number of programs you can use and most computers come with something.
