Ok well I need help with a secondary team. Here is who I want:
Umbreon
Bronzong
Tyranitar
Scizor
Roserade
Weavile
Dsknoir
And maybe
Gengar
or Rhyperior.

I would attempt:
Weavile (good physical sweeper and lead)
Bronzong (Annoying steel levitator)
Gengar (Solid special sweeper)
Tyranitar (Additional physical sweeper)
Dusknoir (Good mixed wall)
Last one is a tough choice, because I either give this team a fighting or a fire weakness. I'll go with Rhyperior (Crazy physical Tank).

switch the bronzong in skittle's list for umbreon so u have an ability to heal w/ wish passing.

I won't say that's a bad idea, but I wouldn't suggest it, because that would give four out of the six pokemon a fighting weakness.

Umm I never asked for a Blissey or a Snorlax. But thanks for the other pokemon. And I still need good moves+natures+hold items for Umbreon and Scizor

I know but they are the best special walls in the game so I suggested them.

but then you are incredibly fighting weak

That's what I've been thinking all along. It is (probably) difficult to construct a good team using just the pokemon from the list, since a bunch of them are fighting weak. Although this comes from one who has never battled through Wifi much at all.

the fact you have so many darks and steels doesnt help

The Pokemon in the list are mostly used to substitute the ones in my main team when I want to try something different.
