yea it is, if your strong enough... otherwise just battle randoms, its easy just BATTLE BATTLE BATTLE BATTLE and when youve done that BATTLE SOME MORE!! its really time-consuming but if your board eh, do it

Try and get a Lucky Egg off WiFi. It'll double exp for anything holding it.

Otherwise, yeah, just beat the Elite 4 over and over again.

here's a very helpful hint for obtaining lucky eggs
first, get a pokemon with the compoun eyes ability on level 17(i use nincada)
also, a pokemon who knows trick, and give it as item you dont mind losing (berry)
next, go to the trophy garden and save before you talk to the man.
talk to him and hope he says there are chansey in the garden, if not, turn your game off and try again until you get chansey.
now go into the garden and use a max repel. you should only run into chansey and pikachu becuase they are on lvl 18, and most pokemon in the garden are 16.
once you see chansy, switch to your trick poekmon and use trick.
id say about 8 times out of 10 you'll get a lucky egg; ive don it and have several

You could just look for Chansey in the wild outside Solaceon and do the same thing. Trick is 100% accurate IIRC, so I don't see the point of compoundeyes. Once you get a Lucky Egg, just start training everywhere. Watching TV, studying, whatever.

Just complete the quest that gives you a Lucky Egg in XD: Gale of Darkness, trade it over to a GBA game, and transfer it to D/P.

ive actually found that more chanseys have lucky eggs. i dont know the exact ratio, but i have 6 lucky eggs out of about 15 chanseys that i encountered using this method

Chansey hold oval stone more than lucky egg. Just gotta be lucky.

I found the actual probabilities of the items for Chansey. Wild Chansey have a 50% chance of holding an Oval Stone, and a 5% chance of holding a Lucky Egg.
