Now with some changes thanks to Moltres. Any suggestions appreciated.

Moltres @ Life Orb
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd, Timid / Modest nature
- Sunny Day
- Fire Blast
- Solarbeam
- Morning Sun / Hidden Power [Ice] / Air Slash

One of the better Sunny Day sweepers in the game, it's only hampered by Stealth Rock, which makes leading with it an attractive idea. A Timid Life Orb Sunny Day Fire Blast does between 290 and 340 damage to a normal Blissey, meaning a 2HKO is likely. If I get Modest it's between 316 and 372 damage, which might 2HKO even Max HP Blissey. Solarbeam hurts Water and Rock types (lol Rhyperior). The last move is a toss-up: Morning Sun is for if I get my hands on Pokémon XD, HP Ice will hurt the Dragons that resist both attacks, and Air Slash hurts Infernape (who can't touch me without Stone Edge anyway).

Jumpluff @ Leftovers
EVs: 188 Def / 68 SpD / 252 Spe; Jolly nature
Ability: Leaf Guard or Chlorophyll
- Encore
- Substitute
- Leech Seed
- Sleep Powder

Jumpluff is a beastly SubSeeder and an excellent Garchomp switch-in (less now that I have Moltres leading instead of Typhlosion, but still good). Sleep Powder and Encore help it set up SubSeeding. Either trait works.

Tangrowth @ Heat Rock / Lum Berry
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe; Modest nature
- Sunny Day
- Solarbeam
- Hidden Power [Fire] / Hidden Power [Ice]
- Sleep Powder / Morning Sun

Fairly bulky and it gets a Chlorophyll boost, so he's a good late game Sunny Day set upper. A good switch in on Aerodactyl who'd mess up Moltres.

I'd take the 100% accuracy of Flamethrower over the extra power of Fire Blast on Moltres.

ya hes right. though it may seem like fire blast is better cause of its power, it will miss often. and, with moltres, if the opposing pokemon has stone sdge and u miss fire blast, instant death is the result. Take flamethrwoer.

Fire Blast gets a 2HKO on Blissey. That alone makes it better in my book. Considering that it has the Defenses to survive an attack not named Stone Edge, I think it's a better option. Moltres shouldn't be Fire Blasting most things with Stone Edge anyway (Fighting types, Ground types) and should be switching out of Aerodactyl.

hmmm.....if u care about taking out blissey so much, than switch one of your guys 4 a physical sweeper, like salamence or electivire.

Ultimately, the decision comes down 2 u cause you're the one battling, but i strongly recommend that you go with flamethrower. The ability to miss so many fire blasts will eventually screw you over in the battle tower. (believe what i say, exactly the same thing happened to me with my alakazam's focus blast. It stopped me from beating the 2nd tower tycoon, which i was surely going to win up until that miss.)

Focus Blast hits just over 3 in 5 times.
Fire Blast hits just under 9 out of ten times.

Since Electivire is such a great addition to a Sunny Day team, totally being able to take advantage of the weather, I'd definitely add him.

Ignoring that Salamence runs Fire Blast nine times out of ten (lol Skarm), that Moltres doesn't die in one hit like Infernape, and that Focus Blast is a necessity on Alakazam, I still think Fire Blast is the better option. It averages more damage over time (120 * .85 > 95 * 1) and it has passable accuracy.

The reason I care about Blissey so much is that she's THE special wall of DP (ignoring still-awesome Empoleon and Snorlax). If I switch to, say, Electivire, 999 times out of 1000 Blissey is running. With Moltres, Blissey is usually switching IN. Since most battlers think that plopping a Blissey on their team is all they need to beat Special attackers, being able to take it out will probably net me the game.
