An Espeon with those EVs is basically a worse CM Mesprit. Use him. He gets CM/Thunderbolt/Ice Beam, has much better defenses at the expense of Speed, has a usable ability (Levitate), AND is BL.

I'm pretty sure something gets Wish and Heal Bell.. I'm not sure what exactly. Use that as a cleric.
