Ok i think i might have asked this way back but i am still so clueless.

OK
1. Exactly what are Evs?
2. How do you check different pokemons Evs?
3. Is there a set amt of Evs for different pokemon?
4. How do you get Evs?
5. What are they used for?



Any help would be nice, if there is a certain link with all this information let me know so you don't have to sit here and keep explain it all to me. I am really this cluless.

3. Each pokemon can gain five hundred something EV's.
