At the end of the halls, theres a ending room. But a women is blocking it saying ' This area is forbidden '

Is theres any way to get her out of the way, if so, whats behind that door?

No, there is no way to make here move, and there is nothing behind the door(s). They are just there to make the mansion seem much bigger than it is.

why does that guy guard it?
does he ever leave?

He leaves very late at night. You can touch it then, but all it says is something like "Oops, you got fingerprints on it!"

What do you have to do to get certain pokemon in the trophy garden? Cause I read somewhere that if you do something than a certain pokemon would appear in the garden.

After you beat the E4, talk to the owner of the mansion, and keep answering his questions with a "Yes". After a little bit, he'll say that there is a rare type of pokémon in his garden, and after that, it will be in his garden. It is however, very hard to find.

you can actually save just b4 you talk to the guy and keep reseting until he says the pokemon you want is in the garden. I did this myself until he said there were eevees in the garden so i could catch a ton and get all the evos.
