Neither. I believe you can evolve it when there is a Remoraid in your party as well. Any further specifics I would not know, but try it.

No specific level.

Level it up while there's a Remoraid in your party. It'll evolve into Mantine then and only then.

1 day, but if you put your pokemon in the computer it will last forever, and then when you take them out they will have one day left. although, once they have recovered from pokerus, the effects will still remain and your pokes will get boosted growth.

In other words, they'll have the virus themselves forever but will only be contagious for a total of 1 day outside of the PC.
