Wind Waker

I am in a gray castle where everything is still. The Red Dragon tells me there is a weapon hidden here. I found an invisible force field that bouces me back but doesn't hurt me. However, I can't get around it or figure out how to get rid of it. Help please!

There is a puzzle involving three triangle shaped blocks int he middle of the room. You'll need to swivel them into place to make a triforce picture. Once you do that, it should be clear where you go next.
