i got a nidoking, raised it to level50, the moves are good, but i need poison jab, i don't have a TM, and the move tutor will not re-teach it, i think i evolved my nidorino to soon. can i get poison jab back?

Without the TM, no you can not. Nidorino learns it at level 43.
