I'd go with Adamant just to KO some extra stuff.
You might also want to consider using Ice Shard over X-Scissor, since Bug and Dark both hit stuff like Cress Super Effectively and you already have Brick Break to take care of stuff like Tyranitar. It could come in handy as a revenge kill against a Choice Garchomp locked into Outrage.

I have Ice Punch. Why would I want Ice Shard when Weavile is fast as?

The items Choice Scarf and Salac Berry exist. Plus, what happens if you switch in on a Blissey Thunder Wave?

I would change x-scissor to another dark type move.

Blisseys def is sh*t. I'll just hit it with a few brick breaks.
Spamdabear why would I get another dark move?
This Weavile is mainly for type coverage.

X-Scissor is unnecessary.
Bug hits SE on Dark, Grass, and Psychic.
You've got Night Slash for Psychic types.
You've got Brick Break for Dark types.
You've got Ice Punch for Grass types.
You could go Aerial Ace to take out opposing Fighting and Bug types, though, something the other three moves don't SE against.

Well I woulden't want to keep Weavile in against a fighting type would I?
What about Metal Claw?

Metal Claw is good.

metal claw is good, but, if someone new that this was your moveset, they would readily switch in a fighting type w/out worries of being hurt at all. If you have AA, they would be hesitiant. Say you put the weavile up against a salamence. You can probably guess that, if its not their last pokemon left, they will switch. If they have a fighting type, they will switch to that. If you can second guess the opponant w/ AA, you get an easy kill, if not on the immediate switch hit, the unbelievable speed of weavile will get you one more attack (an almost certain kill) on the said fighting type before they get a chance to get off a blow. You'd just have to watch out for mach punch, but its weak and weavile may survive it barely.

I consider this one of the prime candidates for a solid Weavile moveset:
Weavile@Expert Belt/Focus Sash/Choice Band
Jolly Nature
Ice Punch
Brick Break
Night Slash
Pursuit/Aerial Ace
Ice Punch and Night Slash for STAB, Brick Break for type coverage. Pursuit because opponents who know what they're doing know the power of Weavile, and will flee from it, switching to an appropriate counter (and it gets STAB). It can possibly ensure the KO of a weakened foe, or at least surprise him. I think it also can't be locked in by Choice Band if it is used on a switching pokemon (someone correct me if I'm wrong).
The item...well, Expert Belt cause of the type coverage, Choice Band gives the crazy power boost on an already powerful attacker, and Focus Sash allows Weavile to survive a hit and possibly score a surprise KO.
And Gymclass, I don't see Weavile surviving any Mach Punch.

only if he has max HP

Weavile having max HP is bound to happen. Focus Sash will probably prove very useful if he's hit with any commonly used attack of half decent power that he isn't immune to or resists.

If you are going to use a Focus Sash Weavile, make sure to have a Rapid Spinner on your team, as well as something to get rid of Sandstorm (or at least have something that can provide Wish support).

Sorry I don't have room for either of them.
I'll just go with expert belt.
Thanks guys.
