good roserade moveset

just caught a shiny roselia in the trophy garden, so i need a moveset that involves no breeding whatsoever.
bold nature.
i was thinking something along the lines of:
leftovers
toxic/toxic spikes
leech seed
ingrain
petal dance/sludge bomb
any suggestions?

I think a Sunny Day set would be nice.

Roserade @ Heat Rock (Or whatever extends Sunny Day.)
Moves: Sunny Day
Weather Ball
Synthesis
Solarbeam.

With Sunny Day, Solarbeam lacks the delay, Synthesis has a greater effect, and Weather Ball becomes fire-type move with a power of 150 (Changing the weather doubles the power, and the now 100 power Fire-type move gets a 1.5 boost from Sunny Day.)

Not sure on EVs or item.

i do like that sunnyday one, but synthesis has to be bred for, and i want to use the shiny i caught so its not an option

If not syntasis then use Sludge Bomb or Shadow Ball.

Then just replace Synthesis with Sludge Bomb.
