I have found the Cave of Hidden Music for the restoring the Skall power quest, and i found the Carvern of Music where the sound is coming from, and it told me that when u hit the hollow stalagmites, that it makes noise, but im not sure how to learn the song so i can finish the Earth Stone part of the quest, becuase i have finished the other parts.
