conjuration and mystisism

they arent major skills for me but i want to level them up... what are the spells that i can use and where do i get them,

for conjuration use bound helmet for sec you can get the spell in the Chorall mage's guild and use the Arcane University to modify it. Just keep casting it until you reach the required level.

Mysticism- use any spell you can get at the Layawin Mage's guild. They can be modified at the Arcane University and just cast them over and over again.

For conjuration start with a summon scamp spell and keep casting it over and over again.

For Mysticism I would use a detect life spell.
