Well I have been thinking about getting this but I have just one problem.
Why does SUPER require 20gb?

Thanks.

My guess is that it needs a lot of space to decompress the video before compressing it to another format. But 20GB is still a lot.

For example, A 10mb video would not need 20gb for decompressing. Any other thoughts?

Of course a small video wouldn't, but my guess would be for when you convert a DVD or try to create one. Either that or it's a bad typo on the web site. I guess you can email them and ask them, they should know better then any of us.
