Well, how thoroughly did you "beat" it? Do you have all the masks, all the heart pieces, all the bottles, all the bomb bag/quiver/wallet upgrades, all the Bomber's notebook filled in? You can always go and complete them now.

Plus, if you complete it again, Tatl with have different dialogue when you go into the moon - it's as though she remembers you've already completed it...

Do you have the cartridge version of this? If I remember right, you can do an all items on Epona glitch. It the funnest glitch in the universe, sometimes leading to the oni Link anywhere glitch. Best glitch ever.
