Simply put: How do you get to Shivering Isles?

I think theres like a portal.It should be marked on your map i think.Or you do a quest to get there.

After it is installed you need to sleep for 24 hours or so(I think it took me 48). You should get a quest update talking about it. It will lead you to an island east of Bravil I think. It's a small island with a huge portal/doorway. Simply go from there(make sure to watch what happens)

after you down load it it will say a strange door has opened up in the nibenay bay(the lake to the right of bravil) its right in the middle sometimes you have to wait for t to show up though

I have had a file where the map marker won't show at all. What you can do then is go out to the Bravil stables and go directly east until you find the place. It should be there even if the marker was never placed.

Yes, it will. And when you get near the door, you'll get a journal entry if you didn't get one when the game started.

Plus its an Island in the bay east of Bravil. It is pretty hard to miss even without the marker there.
