help on file#2 outbreak

its said in "flashback" if u wait in the old cabin for about 5-10mins there will be a cutscene therefor unlocking the alternate ending, ive tried this but nothing has happened? any1 done this before?

I'm sorry, I've never even heard of that. Maybe someone else has, but I've never even heard it mentioned before.

Oh i see well i just recently heard about it when looking up a guide for "flashback" at gamefaqs, so thought id try becuz its an event checklist but i dont know

Okay, it's kind of complicated to explain but bare with me as I've never tried it on one player but I have done it online. If you stay in the cabin you're in right at the start of the level and your teammates go into the hospital and kill the first plant thing with a syringe then you will get the cutscene where the bridge breaks. Being as you're in the cabin once you try to go down to the bridge and cross it you'll discover there is now a different path you must take. Once again I've never done it on one player so I don't even know if it's possible but if you want me to explain what happens just reply to this and I'll try to explain it better.

well thanks for the try i dont wanna sound rude, when i started i stayed in the cabin for maybe 15mins waiting, but my partners dont go anywhere they just stay inside the cabin as well so i dont know what to do. As for the bridge thing i have seen the cutscene but only becuz i was inside the hospital

I was also thinking about that. Ive never was able to get the other path, i looked for ways and found out that you do have to wait in the cabin for a few mins and your supposed to get a cutscene, and then the guide (the old man) wont be there to guide you anymore.So im sorry i dont know what to tell you if i find a way ill be sure to help you out. Thats if i dont quit on this game..

I'm not sure if it's possible unless you're doing it online with partners willing to go ahead but since Capcom got rid of it's online server that's out of the question. Have your tried signaling your teammates to go?

yes i have, well the most i gotten out of them was when i reached to the hopsital door my partners would go inside the door but i wouldnt go in id just turn back to the cabin

Just keep waiting, and the bridge will eventually fall.

I'm pretty sure your teammates actually have to do things to get the bridge to fall. Once they get inside you need to get them to try and use the syringe on the first plant and that triggers the bridge falling cutscene.

You don't need to have them do anything. If you wait long enough, the bridge will fall. Even without the syringe being used on the plant.

ok this is going to be off topic and im sry about this. If in outbreak they blow up the city then why in outbreak file 2, once you reach "end of the road" the city is back up?? wasnt it blown up??

That scenario takes place at the same time as the the one in the first game. Actually, it may even begin a few hours earlier.
