I want more in sp att but I don't know what other stat to decrease

Leftovers. Thunderwave>Toxic. EVs look ok.

I like to use Toxic over thunder Wave because it does lots of damage to a non poisin type pokemon. Thunder Wave only paralises which doesn't always work.

Should I put more EVs into sp att?

I think that Thunder Wave is more for the loss of speed in the other pokemon.

I think the EVs are fine.
