GBA pkmn games with DS pkmn game?

I'm not sure but i've read or heard that its possible to use ur GBA pkmn game in ur DS while pkmn D/P is in. If that is possible wat does it do?

That will make some Kanto, Johto or Hoenn Pokémon appear in your DS game, depending on which GBA game you have inserted.

Other thing that came to my mind: Maybe you mean PalPark Pokémon transfers from GBA games to D/P?

Yes just put the GBA pokemon game in the GBA DS slot and play D/P. Having a GBA game in the slot lets you catch different pokemon. Heres a link:

And if you have the national dex, you can migrate pokemon from your GBA game to your D/P.

Note: once you migrate your pokemon from your GBA game you can't put them back on the GBA game.

note: you don't need to beat the E4 to migrate you just need the national dex.
{i say this because if you can't be bothered trainging your pokemon to beat the E4 or ayone else you can just migrate your strongest pokemon from you GBA games}

If you have Emerald and want to keep your Pokémon on that game after transfering them, use the duplication glitch on them, and then transfer one of the copies to D/P.
