-Jolly-
Seed Bomb
Facade
Brick Break/Sky Uppercut/Mach Punch/Force Palm
Brick Break/Sky Uppercut/Mach Punch/Force Palm/?
I'm in indecision on the fighting type move for it, and I can't find a good last move either.
Thank you in advance.

Spore and Brick Break for the last two.

it really depends what kind of fighting move you want. for accuracy use brick break, power use sky uppercut, paralysis force palm, or speed mach punch, though i would suggest brick break.
for the 4th move, i would suggest a rock type move, to combat flying types that would otherwise destroy your breloom, so either stone edge or rock slide
i assume that with facade and toxic orb, your breloom has poison heal as its ability?

Yes, I'm assuming that Poison Heal and Toxic Orb completely offset each other?
Also, I didn't know Breloom could learn Spore. I'm assuming its an Egg Move, but it wasn't listed as one of Serebii.

spore is a move that shroomish learns, at lvl 47 or something like that, but breloom doesnt, so it needs to be taught it as a shroomish, then evolved, then use the move relearner to give breloom its fighting moves

Only Shroomish can learn Spore (at L45).
You should use Spore and Focus Punch. You put the opponent to sleep with Spore, and then you Focus Punch it without any risk of flinching.

Wouldn't waiting so long to evolve Shroomish deminish its stats?

i dont think so as long as you train it properly, but i'm not entirely sure about that

Allowing Shroomish to wait to evolve will have no impact on its stats. It will grow normally as a Shroomish and when it evolves, will grow as normally as a Breloom would have when evolved at the originally designated time.

Alright then, thanks.

Wouldn't waiting so long to evolve Shroomish deminish its stats?
Expanding slightly on previous answers, two Brelooms still have the same base stats, IVs and EVs no matter what level they evolve at, therefore no.
