I need yet more help on Super Paper Mario. I am currently in The Overthere. I found the red and yellow orbs, but I can't find the blue one. Where the heck do I find the blue one!

He's in Sector 2. You've probably already talked to him, but he had amnesia. he's better now you have the res and yellow orbs. I spent ages trying to find him. lol.

All I remember is that you have to go to the far left of the screen, and bounce up with luigi or something. I too, spent forever looking for that a-hole
