how do you get to route 224 i searched but i cant get there

This is only possible after obtaining the National Dex.
Once u do have the National Dex (And beaten the E4)
Go to the Victory Road from the Pokemon League side
NOT the SunyShore side as it would just take a long time.
Once you enter the Victory Road from it's back side.
You will come across an entrance to your right.
(If you have passed that spot before, you will remember a fat guy blocking your way)
And it's better if you have a Pokemon which knows Defog
cuz it's gonna be quite foggy in there.

not to be rude but you don't need to beat the E4 to get the national dex.

As far as I know you must beat the E4 in order to get the National Dex. Any other method would probably involve hacking.

I'm pretty sure you have to beat the League Four. You have to, to be able to see all off the Pokemon. And if you see them all, somehow involving trading, I'm sure the game prevents you from doing anything that the National Dex offers until you have defeated them.

You can get the national dex before the E4 but you cant go the areas[fight survivle resort]. You can catch rotom. I think you can go to the area in victory road.

note: I beat the E4 with my pokemon I transfered from my emerald because my sinohh pokemon wern't at a high enough level.

But when the game is played,
When u enter that cavern, you meet that girl (Forgot her name)
who assists u in the battle tower which is only possible after beating the E4 and obtaining the N-Dex.

You can meet her before you beat the E4.

You CAN'T go to the battle tower until you beat the E4

what is that rock for anyway?(some pokemon maybe?) i been de but all it says is sometin about the rock realy shiny.

All i know is
that it's a link to the event pokemon-Shaymin.
Right now the only way to access it is going to an event
or using Action Replay.
