Ok, Sl Im juist doing major reasearch of a Weavile before I make a mistake, so I come across something,

A Weaile/Sneasel Cant learn Ice Punch from leveling up D= So I looked Ice punch up for Sneasel, And this is what I got:

Get a male medicham and teach it ice punch w/ a heart scale. Then breed with a female bunneary. Breed until you get a male bunneary AND THEN...breed with a female sneasle

Is this correct?

Also,

When I get a perfect Sneasel, who I level it up THEN evolve it to Weavile?

Thanks!

Yes, that is correct. If you have Wi-Fi, you could also ask someone to trade one to you.

I would suggest turning Sneasel into Weavile right away.

If you have Emerald, I would suggest taking a male Zangoose with Pursuit to the Battle Frontier and taking it to the move tutor to learn Ice Punch. Then, transfer that Zangoose over. It'll pass down both Ice Punch and Pursuit, moves that you'll definitely want if you're battling competitively.

I do have Emerald, but Im not sure if they have a Zangoose.

Ill just stick with the medicham plot. But thanks for helping anyway =)

Another way to get Ice Punch and Pursuit on a Weavile is to Sketch both those moves onto a male Smeargle. Then breed it with a female Sneasel. This is the Zangoose-free option.
