I have the replacement insurance on my cell phone and recently had it replaced because I had lost it. However, my friend found it at his house about a month after I had lost it so now I have two phones. I am thinking about selling it on ebay, but would I be able to do that? Thanks
I have Sprint by the way.

Why not return the new one to the insurance company instead?

Was the replacement insurance a one off? If so, you might as well just put the new phone into a drawer and leave it there until you need, if you do end up needing it. Selling it on Ebay would be fine, but if it is one off insurance and something happens to your phone you'll be regretting that decision. If you've been using it for a month I doubt that the insurance company will take it back.

One off? What do you mean? I don't need two phones so I figured I'd just sell the other one as its just going to be sitting around collecting dust so I might as well get something for it right?

With some insurance policies you pay a monthly or annual premium with essentially unlimited 'claims' (though your premium may go up), and with some you pay a lump sum up front but only get one replacement within a certain length of time. I was just querying as to which type of policy you have.

Oh, its the monthly fee. And there's a $50 deductible. You can have it replaced 3 times in every 12 month period I think.
