Title is very self explanatory.

Personally I make a cracking shin stew.

Does that involve cutting up people's legs and sticking them in boiling water?

Judging by the CV Cookoff, mine would appear to be anything that involves baking. :3

My special spicy breaded chicken tenders. My roomies bug me all the time to make it. :link:

I also make one sick chicken gumbo.

Ringtondidi, too. But, I don't think anyone here knows what that is. :P

Because you put so much garlic in that it covers up the taste of whatever it is you are actually cooking? :P

There's nothing wrong with that if you love garlic :P

So does rosemary, imo.

Though you can't really put rosemary with as many things and get away with it. It's a strong herb, though. I use it to infuse flavour into my stews.

I wouldn't call this my 'signature' dish, as it is pretty much the only thing I can actually 'cook'. It involves cold rice, tuna, peas, tomatoes and mayo. Surprisingly tasty... :hmm:

Lemon-Garlic-Butter Sauce Shrimp Pasta.

Actually quite easy, and if you wanna cut down on cost, use chicken instead of Shrimp.

Surprisingly I'm Irish, and I can make a perfect Ziti dish with the best home-made sauce.
