When I turn on my computer it runs through the RAM Check and it shows the WAIT... dialog where it would normally auto detect the IDE Drives, the computer just hangs there with no disk activity...any Ideas what the problem could be, It seems like here at my house and in school in the A+ class all the computers getting issues and I think I'm worn out, so any help would be greatly appreciated. :D

I would say check the cables for the drives, seems like they aren't connected correctly anymore for some reason.

I had to restart my computer last night because my keyboard acts screwy sometimes... Then on the reboot it done that I just held the power button in for 5 seconds so it shutdown and waited a minute then turned it back on..

Okay today I turned it on to see if it changed any and It sounds like the system speaker is groaning as if someone was killing it, no beep codes just kind of a groan noise, and this came up.

CMOS Checksum Bad
CMOS Display Incorrect Type
Keyboard/Input Error

I think the PS/2 Port on the keyboard is bad because the Numlock or anything wont turn on and also when it gives me the option to press DEL to open the BIOS it doesnt even notice that I'm pressing the Key, I've switched keyboads but none work.

Try changing the actual ports on your computer that receive the ps/2 plug. And one quick question. Is your computer fairly recent?

Nah, this one was an older one, around 1998/1999-ish, Pentium III 500Mhz, I took out the mobo and look around on it, I found a circuit that looked burnt near the PS/2 Ports. I have a friend that is letting me have one of his spare boards so I'm just going to put in a new motherboard. Thanks for the help guys!!
