Rate it, and question.

Ok, so Im very new at making sigs, just got photoshop yesterday, and heres one of the sigs I made that I would like you guys to rate.

Also, the question.
I havent figured out how to keep the filesize low so itll be within limit.
Can anyone explain how to, or make a tut on how to reduce the filesize?

I think you choose Save for Web or something and set the value to 25kb.
