Would you play the game? SSBB

Would you really not play the game if it had a certain character in it? Such as Sonic or Snake. I have heard some other people say that they wouldnt play or buy brawl because "I hate everything sonic i dont want to play this game anymore" or "Snake?SNAKE!? he just screwed it all up! Snake + Brawl = :bawl: " BEfore im finish typing i could care less whos in the game, I think the more the merrier. If you dont like the character dont play as them.

i don't even see the game like that anymore... when i play melee i don't even think of the characters as the characters... just a collection of movesets, hitboxes and strategies.... mario could be removed from brawl and i prolly wouldn't notice or care lol

I'm with eof. Just give me variety and balanced characters, a good selection of interesting and fair stages, and maybe an interesting single-player mode or two to beat before I get really into the Vs. mode, and I'll be more than fully satisfied with the game. Honestly, I'd be happy with Brawl if it were just an updated version of Melee with the same game mechanics, but with added online play, like 10 more characters, better balance with the characters that already exist, and a few more neutral stages. Word.

I would probably play even if certain people were in/not in the game. If they took out some of my favorite players then I would still get it but it would be a very unusual smash game for me.

If you don't play a game just because one character is in it (i.e. Sonic), then you are an idiot. One character shouldn't be the only reason why you don't get a great game like this. I have a great solution if you don't like a character...don't play as or against him/her/it. Perfect. It will be like the character isn't even in the game.

NOT playing a game because of one character is foolish. I could care less if barbie was in the game. I would still play the game. I would have more fun pwning Barbie than playing as her though. Hell, if she had a good moveset, I would play as her.

Barbie's totally broken. She can chainthrow middleweights to ~120% then dthrow to KO with her screaming bitch attack.

LMHO ehh i barely play as mario so i wouldnt care and so what if i didnt like the character i would still play as him/her if they had a fun move set i dont care if its barbie or the teletubbies or even barnie for all i care

i cant beleive somebvody actually voted that they wouldnt play the game...i voted that i would still play it. i was astonished when i saw sonic. i came back from vacation last week and i checked the brawl site only to see new challenger appeared and i was scrollin and i think i had pooped meself i saw sonic. i dont mind whos in the game
